Our answer to the constantly growing demands regarding the stormproof installation of LED screens in temporary structures. Universally applicable, whether tower stage or special construction.
For LED screens in the Wings, the design based on Layher's "FlexBeam" aluminum beam offers optimum flexibility for all sizes and formats. The individual, horizontal FlexBeam axes can be moved vertically between the stage towers and are distributed according to requirements from local wind zoning and screen size.
The modular components are easy to handle and can be assembled quickly with minimum manpower. The connecting plates to the vertical substructure can already be aligned on the floor and are lifted directly into position with the entire construction when the stage roof is erected.
The lightweight aluminum construction provides a 280mm wide standing area, allowing for rear maintenance of the LED modules. Lifelines stretched along the horizontal axes provide the necessary safety.

All MEGAFORCE tower stages can be equipped with the FlexBeam LED support on request. Thus, we guarantee a practicable solution for stage systems of all sizes.
Minimal influence on advertising prints or artwork
The lightweight construction of 50mm high aluminum profiles has little to no impact on advertising prints or artwork and is therefore also suitable for use in front of detailed print surfaces with high demands.
Banner easy to remove in the event of a storm
Even in the case of permanently mounted LED screens, all banners can be easily removed in the event of a storm in order to reduce the load on the structure. This also applies in the case that the banner plane runs between the support and the LED screen.
Rear access to LED Modules incl. Lifeline
The LED modules always remain accessible from behind. Horizontally stretched lifelines along the FlexBeam axes allow easy and safe access.
Continuous operation of LED-Screens
The continuous operation of the LED screens enables integration into evacuation concepts and provides additional information to the audience.
Compatible with all LED-Systems
Regardless of the manufacturer, the system supports all forms of vertical substructures, whether 2-, 3-, 4-point trusses or simple scaffold tubes. The transfer points are guided in a horizontal slot and can be moved nearly at any position.
Variable support tower
Increasingly larger LED screens are required in the main stage to be able to meet this trend, MEGAFORCE relies on variable support towers. With this proven system, even large format curving can be easily implemented and offer maximum flexibility.
