"In 2013, I started at Megaforce as a project manager. Based on my experience, I quickly realised that I would feel more comfortable as a site manager. The flat, uncomplicated structures at Megaforce made the change of department possible without any problems.
I was not only interested in the constructional implementation, but also in the project preparation in terms of technical feasibility. Since then, I have been able to implement projects such as stages for the Kichentage 2015 and 2017.
In the meantime, I am the head of the technical department and, together with my team, I am reworking our CAD database to link it with the resource management system. This big project is a milestone for Megaforce and I am more than excited to be a part of it.

"I'm Jan, 24 years young and have been employed by Megaforce as a dual student for more than one and a half years.
I can say with full conviction that I have hit the jackpot - because I am super satisfied at Megaforce! My tasks are varied and exciting.
